To achieve the client and architect’s vision, no stone was left unturned.

A large portion of the existing house was demolished and stripped back to it’s bare frame to allow for a fresh and clear foundation, with the original portion of the house tastefully restored to its former glory. Polished timber flooring, ornate architraves and skirting boards upheld historical character with existing doors being retained and reused where we could.

The extension was a contemporary single level construction with plenty of north facing windows, creating an abundance of natural light. Clad in a combination of metal and Barestone Compressed Concrete sheeting with custom aluminium window awnings, the finished home was a light and warm build of complimentary textures and materials.
