The brief for this project was simple: maximise energy efficiency with a high level of finish, without breaking the bank.

We started with a beautiful weatherboard house, full of character and added a contemporary double storey extension with polished concrete floors, timber windows and warm complimentary timber finishes throughout.

Great care was taken to ensure an airtight building fabric, with thickened walls constructed to accommodate strong insulating material and a high efficiency Bondor roofing system installed.

The result was an extremely comfortable and stylish family home, filled with natural light, warmth and character.
