“ Luke and his team were contracted for a complete renovation and project management end to end from planning to handing over the keys. The job was based in inner-city Melbourne on a double fronted Victorian home. With the exception of the front rooms, the house was completely levelled and rebuilt. The most important aspects of the management were dealing with heritage and council and predicting unforeseen issues arising on an old block. Luke’s attention to detail and quality is unsurpassed in all my time of investing and renovating Victorian homes. As well, the project was completed within cost and variations agreed without any surprises. Not least of all his courtesy politeness and ensuring all matters were responded to and attended with good answers and results.
