Hope Springs was a new build adjoining the existing residence on a spacious semi-rural property. With a ground floor garage and loft above, the focal point of this build is the cathedral ceiling and dormer windows. This creatively designed build, featuring a first-floor kitchen & landing leading up to an open plan living area and adjoining bathroom, is now a successful air BnB complete with its Bell30 fire rating requirements.
